Privacy notice — founding programme sign-ups
This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the form on this site. It is written with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 in mind.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, email and (if you give it) phone number.
- What kind of organisation you are, roughly how many locations and members, and anything you write in the message box.
- Basic context: the language you used, the campaign link you came from (if any) and the website that referred you.
Why
Only to contact you about the PIF founding programme and to understand which businesses are interested. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.
Where it is kept
In PIF's own cloud storage on Microsoft Azure, encrypted at rest. Our team is notified that a new sign-up arrived without your contact details being included in the notification.
How long
Until the founding programme ends, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time. Reply to any message we send you, or send the form again with your request in the message box.
